View details →Midline Properties was founded by David Halprin in 2017. It started as a side hustle while he was working the corporate grind, and grew into over 20 units in North Branford.
Before real estate, he spent more than 20 years in tech, including more than a decade at ESPN and Disney in infrastructure, security, and risk-focused roles. He also founded Silent Packets, an IT consulting firm, where he built systems, managed client relationships, and ran the business directly. He is a UConn graduate in Management Information Systems. That background still shapes how he works today. He thinks in systems, pays close attention to risk, and uses technology where it actually improves decisions and execution.
Today his work sits at the intersection of real estate, technology, and AI. Through Midline, he focuses on building long-term value in real assets. Outside of Midline, he builds software, systems, and workflows that help turn messy information into useful action.
